1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlbibi ("jlbibi," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jlbibi.cam ("the Platform"). By creating a jlbibi account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any supplementary policies incorporated by reference herein, such as jlbibi's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual promotion terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create a jlbibi account and must immediately cease using the Platform. jlbibi reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain a jlbibi account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulatory framework governing online gaming in the Philippines. There are no exceptions to this age requirement.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing jlbibi from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of a jlbibi employee or associated gaming studio partner.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jlbibi or had your account suspended or permanently closed by jlbibi for a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for or on behalf of any third party.

jlbibi reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jlbibi may result in account suspension and withholding of any account balance pending verification.

3. Account Registration & Know Your Customer (KYC)

3.1 Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) jlbibi account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. jlbibi employs technical and manual monitoring to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jlbibi will suspend all related accounts and may forfeit associated balances, particularly where the duplicate accounts have been used to claim multiple bonus offers.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 KYC Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, jlbibi requires all accounts to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before making a real-money deposit or withdrawal. Accepted KYC documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license issued by LTO, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID card. All submitted documents must be current, legible, and clearly showing your date of birth and photograph.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission during regular business days. jlbibi reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of address or source of funds, for accounts exhibiting transaction patterns that trigger enhanced due diligence requirements under applicable AML regulations.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlbibi login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued for two-factor authentication. jlbibi will never ask for your full password or OTP via email, SMS, or social media. Any activity conducted through your jlbibi account using valid login credentials will be treated as authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jlbibi immediately via live chat or email.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jlbibi accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (₱) via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, GrabPay, 7-Eleven, and USDT where applicable. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jlbibi does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. All deposited funds are held in jlbibi's designated player funds account, separate from jlbibi's operational funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the jlbibi account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals to verified GCash accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes for KYC-verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing times. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

jlbibi reserves the right to request additional identity verification or source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawals above ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱100,000 within a rolling 30-day period, in accordance with PAGCOR's AML obligations and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) guidelines applicable to e-money transactions.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wager). jlbibi reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱100 to dormant account balances, subject to advance notice to the account holder's registered email address. Where a dormant account balance falls to zero, the account may be archived. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by contacting jlbibi support.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on jlbibi are subject to the specific game rules published in each game's information panel within the Platform, as well as the general betting rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game.

• Bets are final once confirmed by the jlbibi system and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after placement.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, jlbibi reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amount to player balances. jlbibi is not liable for any theoretical winnings that would have been generated had the technical failure not occurred.
• Where a live dealer game stream experiences a disconnection, any bets already placed and accepted by the system prior to disconnection remain valid. Reconnecting to the game will show the outcome once the round completes.
• jlbibi publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for all slot and virtual table games in the respective game information panels. RTP figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any given session.
• Maximum payout per bet or per round is subject to the limits specified in each game's rules. Where a winning calculation exceeds the stated maximum payout cap, jlbibi will pay the maximum payout and waive the excess.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jlbibi offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry dates. The following general bonus conditions apply to all jlbibi promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering requirements must be completed using real-money bets at the contribution rates specified for each game category. Live casino games, slots, and bingo may carry different wagering contribution percentages.
• jlbibi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring any wagering requirements already in progress for active bonus funds.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon account closure or self-exclusion prior to completion of wagering requirements.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim a single bonus, placing offsetting bets designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk, or other strategies designed to extract bonus value without authentic play — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent account suspension.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct on jlbibi:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with jlbibi games or the Platform in any manner not authorized by jlbibi.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or game vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players, particularly in live poker or multi-player game formats, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or may constitute money laundering under the Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
• Using jlbibi for any commercial purpose, including operating a business that pools other individuals' funds for use on the Platform without jlbibi's prior written authorization.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after wagering deposited funds. Where chargebacks are disputed, jlbibi reserves the right to suspend the associated account and recover any outstanding amounts through legal means.

jlbibi employs fraud detection and game integrity monitoring systems. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct may be suspended immediately pending investigation. jlbibi reserves the right to void bets and withhold funds from accounts under investigation until the matter is resolved. Players are entitled to appeal account actions by contacting jlbibi support.

8. Responsible Gaming

jlbibi is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices consistent with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The following tools are available to all jlbibi account holders through their Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure notifications that prompt awareness of total session duration at pre-set intervals.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may apply a temporary 24-hour or 72-hour pause to their account, during which login is restricted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion is applied immediately and cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires, regardless of circumstances. jlbibi will not process reinstatement requests from self-excluded players before their exclusion period ends.

jlbibi strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement as part of its responsible gaming commitment. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance. jlbibi acknowledges and supports PAGCOR's responsible gaming programs and encourages affected players to contact appropriate support services in the Philippines.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jlbibi Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, user interface elements, software, text, and audiovisual content — is the property of jlbibi or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of jlbibi's content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

jlbibi collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). By creating a jlbibi account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications where separately consented to. jlbibi does not sell personal data to third parties. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlbibi and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunctions, loss of data, interruptions to service, or any other matter beyond jlbibi's direct control. jlbibi's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlbibi does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical updates, and force majeure events may result in temporary service interruptions. jlbibi will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practical.

12. Termination & Account Closure

You may close your jlbibi account at any time by contacting jlbibi support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements that have not been completed) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification requirements.

jlbibi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that has breached these Terms, without prior notice, and without liability to the player for any losses arising from the closure where the closure is a result of the player's breach. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or material misrepresentation, jlbibi may withhold account balances pending the outcome of any applicable legal proceedings.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact jlbibi's support team to attempt informal resolution of any dispute. jlbibi will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jlbibi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address on record at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by regulatory directive, in which case they take effect as stated in the relevant notification. Your continued use of jlbibi after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using jlbibi and may close your account as provided in Section 12.
